Jesinta Campbell

Jesinta first came in to the public eye in 2010 when she was crowned Miss Australia. She then went on to Miss Universe where she placed second runner up and was crowned Miss Congeniality. Since then Jesinta has worked for The Morning Show as a guest reporter, become an ASICS ambassador and the face of cosmetics brand Savoir Faire and even appeared on the Australian version of Celebrity Apprentice rasing $160,000 for the charity REACH, proving that she is so much more than just a pretty face.

Jesinta kindly agreed to take some time out of her busy schedule to talk to la bella vita. about what it means to be an inspirational women and what's coming up for her in 2012.

1. How did you get started in modelling? What do you like to do outside of work?
I kind of just fell into modelling. I did a catwalk and deportment class on the school holidays and it all just went from there. My life is pretty much work at the moment, I don't get much time off but in my free time I love being outdoors, spending time at the beach, painting and hanging out with friends.

2. What is your biggest accomplishment to date?

A big highlight for me was raising enough funds on The Celebrity Apprentice for REACH to have a home here in Sydney...its great to know that teenagers in sydney will have access to their programs!

3. Do you consider yourself to be an inspirational women?

Its a humbling thought that people would find me inspirational. I am just living my live and going after my dreams, if my journey inspires people then thats an awesome accomplish!

4. What three words best describe your time on Celebrity Apprentice.

Fun. Challenging. Life changing.

5. What are your goals for 2012?

My personal goals in 2012 are:
1. Run a half marathon
2. Go on a European Holiday
3. Skydive
4. Create more balance in my life

6. What advice do you have for young women?

Your playing small doesn't serve the world. Dream big, be courageous and know that your best is always good enough!! And its ok to ask questions....infact, ask as many questions as possible, its the best way to learn!!
